Alexander Zverev lights up Wimbledon 2026 final with Jacob & Co watches
Alexander Zverev lit up the 2026 Wimbledon final in more ways than one on 13 July, stepping onto the grass of the All England Club in a pair of luxury Jacob & Co watches.
Zverev and Jannik Sinner met in the men’s singles final on Centre Court. Sinner lifted the trophy 6-7(7), 7-6(2), 6-3, 6-4 after three hours and 55 minutes. The German’s run included wins over Taylor Fritz and Jiří Lehečka before a straight-sets quarter-final victory against Arthur Fery. Zverev’s Grand Slam drought stretched to 11 majors, though his Paris title in June kept his momentum alive.
Zverev is Jacob & Co’s global ambassador. He wore the Epic X Skeleton-priced at $24,600-during his quarter-final. The 2016 model features a skeleton dial in black, red, blue, green or yellow and weighs next to nothing on court. Earlier in Paris he flashed the $820,000 Caviar Tourbillon, set with 338 brilliant-cut diamonds. The Epic X Ceramic-$36,300-also turned heads in white-and-blue and electric-blue hues.
Sinner, Rolex ambassador, kept his Cosmograph Daytona off during play. The Italian wore the $44,800 Everose gold model only for post-match interviews. The watch’s 18-carat bezel and engraved tachymetric scale mark it as one of the most recognizable timepieces in sport. Sinner’s 2026 surge included five straight Masters 1000 titles before his streak ended at Wimbledon.
Zverev’s French Open title proves he can win on clay. Now he’ll chase hard-court success. Next up is the Olympic tennis tournament in Paris starting 27 July, where he’ll aim to add Olympic gold to his Grand Slam collection. His next ATP event is the Washington Open on 29 July, where he’ll be the top seed.
