Bruno Fernandes credits Antonio Di Natale with teaching him how to shoot.

Fernandes spent five formative years playing in Italy, where he built the foundation of his world-class career.

He moved to Italy at 17 to make his senior debut with Serie B side Novara.

Fernandes later played for Serie A clubs Udinese and Sampdoria before returning to Portugal in 2018.

Di Natale, a Serie A legend, scored 209 goals in Italy's top division and acted as a mentor to Fernandes.

Fernandes was teammates with Di Natale for three seasons between 2013 and 2016.

He learned how to hit the ball, position his body, and take steps before shooting from Di Natale.

Fernandes has been a standout player for Manchester United, finishing third in the 2025/26 Premier League.

He was voted the club's Player of the Year and took home the Premier League Playmaker award.

Fernandes also watches a lot of soccer to elevate his game, learning from players in the Premier League, Spanish league, and Italian league.

He dedicates himself to learning from the best, including Cristiano Ronaldo.
