"Christian Pulisic has been diagnosed with a microfracture and bone bruise of the tibia/fibula in his right leg suffered during the match against Belgium. Berhalter rejected any suggestions that Pulisic lacked commitment or determination. "But to question his lack of effort or lack of caring or lack of determination or even his character, I think is unwarranted because he's a great guy, he's a humble guy, and he cares so much about the team," he said.
