Désiré Doué Scores 12 Goals and Registers 12 Assists

Désiré Doué has scored 12 goals and registered 12 assists, surpassing the '10-10' benchmark for attacking players. The 19-year-old PSG player has come into his own in 2025.

Désiré Doué took time to acclimatise at Paris Saint-Germain following his move from Stade Rennais in the summer.

He has already made his international debut for France.

The international call-up earlier this year was deserved but by no means a given.

Désiré Doué's versatility is a huge asset for France and PSG.

He is capable of playing on both wings, in the No.10 or in a deeper No.8 role.

Désiré Doué wishes to shirk comparisons with **Kylian Mbappé**.

He told **Téléfoot**: 'I am Désiré Doué, Kylian is Kylian.'

Désiré Doué is not one-dimensional and also has the physique to match.

This allows him to play in a deeper role where his technical ability is equally as important.

**Alan Berrou**, sports and physical trainer of the France U21 side, said: 'He is one of the most complete athletes that I have worked with.'

**Philippe Bizeul**, who worked with the player as an assistant whilst at Rennes, added: 'Genetics shined brightly on him.'

Désiré Doué also possesses those intangibles that can make a good player great.

**Ousmane Dembélé** identified what he admires most in his PSG teammate.

Dembélé said: 'He is very mature for his age, professional.'

In terms of players born in 2005 or after, only Yamal out-ranks Doué.

Désiré Doué has already scored 12 goals and registered 12 assists as of 2025.

He was awarded the UNFP Player of the Month Award in March.
