Jack Hughes is dating Tate McRae, the Canadian pop star, after their relationship turned exclusive in early March 2026.

On 21 November 2025, Jack Hughes and Tate McRae were first spotted together at Anton’s restaurant in New York’s West Village. The dinner came just days after Hughes injured his hand in a bizarre accident at a team dinner. Photos of the pair posted online sparked immediate dating rumors.

McRae was seen cheering for Hughes from the stands on 21 December 2025, when he returned to the Devils’ lineup after a month out injured. He scored in that game against the Buffalo Sabres at the Prudential Centre. The pair were later photographed walking together in Manhattan.

On 16 January 2026, *Deuxmoi* reported the couple was spotted together again at Mulligan’s Pub in Hoboken. By early March 2026, sources told *Us Weekly* the relationship had turned exclusive. Neither McRae nor Hughes has publicly confirmed the romance.
