Jayden Daniels cuts ties with Brandon Aiyuk after Commanders feud erupts

Jayden Daniels, the Washington Commanders rookie QB, has reportedly cut off all contact with Brandon Aiyuk after the 49ers wideout publicly attacked Daniels’ mother in a fiery post-match rant on 12 July 2026.

The clash began when Aiyuk, still wearing his 49ers gear, blasted Daniels on social media for laughing and turning away from a fan who screamed “F*** Brandon Aiyuk!” during a FIFA World Cup game. Aiyuk dragged Daniels’ mother into the argument, calling the QB disrespectful. Aiyuk’s future is in limbo after he announced on 10 July 2026 that he will not return to the 49ers.
