Jimmy Butler Joins The Voice: Battle of Champions
Jimmy Butler is set to appear on The Voice: Battle of Champions for the show's two-night Finale event on Monday, April 13, and Tuesday, April 14.
He will give Coaches Kelly Clarkson, Adam Levine, and John Legend an NBA-worthy introduction to kick off the event.
Butler, a six-time NBA All-Star, will surely amp up the Coaches and Season 29's remaining Artists as the audience prepares to choose The Voice's newest winner.
He has played for the Chicago Bulls, the Minnesota Timberwolves, the Philadelphia 76ers, the Miami Heat, and currently, the Golden State Warriors.
Butler has been known to take the mic and show off his own singing chops, belting out to Vanessa Carlton's "A Thousand Miles" while signing autographs for fans in 2024.
He also sang Shaboozey's "A Bar Song (Tispy)" at a Warriors' Open Practice.
Butler joked about exploring a future singing career after he ages out of basketball in a 2015 video for the Chicago Bulls.
The Voice: Battle of Champions Season 29 features the show’s first-ever three-Coach lineup, putting The Voice OGs Kelly Clarkson, Adam Levine, and John Legend back in the red chairs for an epic showdown.
Butler will mingle with Clarkson, Legend, and Levine behind the scenes, asking for music advice from Levine.
The NBA star can be seen hanging out with the Coaches in a video revealing his upcoming debut on The Voice.
Butler is a self-proclaimed "super fan" of The Voice, and his appearance is sure to bring a new level of energy to the show.
He will join Derek Fisher, who provided commentary earlier in the season, as an NBA legend on The Voice.
The two-night Finale event will be streamed on Peacock the next day.
Butler's introduction for the Coaches will be a highlight of the event, showcasing his NBA personality and charisma.
