We have to be ready and we are all working together as a team to achieve something special.

Everything I have pictured and imagined has come into place, and I am very thankful I have been given this opportunity, but I have worked very hard for this.

I think it gives you another boost coming into the England camp, and it’s an amazing achievement and it has given us a boost going into this competition.
