Roman Reigns Attends UFC Freedom 250 Ahead of WWE Raw

Roman Reigns, the reigning World Heavyweight Champion, made a major public appearance at the UFC Freedom 250 event on Sunday. He was joined by Triple H, who used his signature finger point, and other WWE personalities like Nick Khan and Shane McMahon.

The event, held inside the White House, celebrated the country's upcoming 250th anniversary of its Declaration of Independence. Roman Reigns' attendance was not surprising, given that WWE and UFC are under the same TKO banner.

The UFC Freedom 250 event also drew other celebrities like Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Mark Wahlberg, Tyson Fury, and Mark Zuckerberg. United States President Donald Trump was also in attendance to celebrate the occasion.

After missing last week's episode of Raw in Paris, France, Roman Reigns is set to return to the show on Monday. Raw general manager Adam Pearce confirmed on X, formerly known as Twitter, that The Tribal Chief will be in attendance at the CFG Bank Arena in Baltimore.

Roman Reigns does not have any challengers yet for the World Heavyweight Championship. However, he could be monitoring the King of the Ring, with Oba Femi, Dominik Mysterio, Je'Von Evans, and Jey Uso in the semifinals.

All of the semifinalists represent the red brand, which means Roman Reigns' potential next challenger could be one of them, except for Jey Uso, who is set to challenge for the Undisputed WWE Championship if he becomes King of the Ring.

Cody Rhodes currently holds the Undisputed WWE Title and is set to defend it against Gunther this Friday on SmackDown. Sami Zayn, a former member of The Bloodline, will be the special guest referee.

Roman Reigns also acknowledged the New York Knicks' championship win on social media, tweeting "Acknowledge The Champs! ☝🏽 @nyknicks @jalenbrunson1". The Knicks won their first NBA championship since 1973, with Jalen Brunson named NBA Finals MVP.

Other WWE stars, including Damian Priest and Matt Cardona, also congratulated the Knicks on their championship win. WWE's Danhausen was credited with helping the Knicks end their 53-year title drought after uncursing the franchise following their Game 3 loss to the Atlanta Hawks in the first round.
